Refund and Return Policy for Misai - Press-On Nails

Thank you for shopping with Misai! We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a delightful experience with our products. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Misai, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Non-Refundable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, in most circumstances, we do not offer refunds, exchange or returns once you have received your order. This policy applies to all our products.
2. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order only if the product has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation.
3. Sizing Issues (Only Applicable to Press-on Nails): We understand that sizing can be tricky sometimes. If you encounter sizing issues with your press-on nails, please follow these steps:
- Check the size of the nail set as soon as you receive it.
- If there is a sizing issue, quickly contact us via direct message on Instagram @misai.in or call/WhatsApp us at +91 76783 61075.
- Do not stick the nails to your natural nails for a trial if you suspect a sizing issue, as once used, we cannot resell the product.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the sizing issue. Requests received after this time frame cannot be processed.
- We provide a detailed sizing chart to assist you in selecting the correct size. Please ensure you measure your nails accurately before placing your order. In the event of a sizing issue after receiving your order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product and for the costs associated with resending the corrected size.
4. Quality Issues: If you receive a product with quality issues, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the quality issue.
- Provide us with a clear 360 degree unboxing video of the product upon arrival within 24 hours in which the damage or defect is clearly visible. (We understand that this might be a tight timeframe, but it helps us ensure the quality of our products.)
- Failure to submit proper evidence within the specified time frame will result in the rejection of the return, exchange, or refund request. Please note that the company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the eligibility of a product for return, refund, or exchange.
- If a return or exchange is required due to a mistake on our part (such as a quality issue or incorrect product sent), we will cover the return shipping costs up to ₹80 only.
Returns (If Applicable): Returns are allowed only under the following conditions:
- The right to return is approved by the company.
- The original invoice is retained.
- The items are unused and in the same condition as received.
- The items are in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued exclusively as Misai Money, redeemable for any item within our store.
- If a return or exchange is required due to a mistake on our part (such as a quality issue or incorrect product sent), we will cover the return shipping costs up to ₹80 only.
Exchanges (If Applicable): We offer exchanges for items under the following conditions:
- The right to return is approved by the company.
- The original invoice is retained.
- The items are unused and in the same condition as received.
- The items are in their original packaging.
- The Shipping Charges of the product is to be paid by the customers.
In such cases, please contact us, and we will provide you with the necessary information for the exchange process.
Refunds (If Applicable): Upon the approval of a return request, we will initiate the refund process. Here's how it works:
- We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your returned item.
- We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued exclusively as Misai Money, redeemable for any item within our store.
Gifts (If Applicable): If you received an item as a gift, the following conditions apply:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receiving the returned item.
- If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, any refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
